1. Operator, Field Chemical
Job Responsibility:
- Operate chemical plant equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, and chemical flow to ensure optimal process performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and report on equipment and workplace conditions.
- Identify and report issues with equipment or processes that may disrupt production.
- Participate in preventative maintenance programs and ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.
- Follow safety standards and environmental protocols within the work area.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related major
- Basic knowledge of chemical processes and plant equipment.
- Strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willing to be placed in Mojokerto
2. Technician, Mechanical Maintenance
Job Responsibility:
- Performing all necessary servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and restorative maintenance duties on field instrumentation and local control panels
- Carry out the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities for various automation systems in the plants,
- Calibrate, test and functionally check instrumentation, analyzers, control systems and final control elements
- Responsible for troubleshooting and working with Instrument Engineering Support to maintain distributed control systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing existing equipment
- Interfacing with site operators, engineers and maintenance personnel
- Locating and diagnosing the cause of malfunction or failure of process analyzers and performing the necessary preventative or corrective maintenance
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, or related major
- Have 1 year experience in Instrumentation / Quality Control System
- Good knowledge in DCS, QCS, Scanner, Field Instrument, Analyzer
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Mojokerto
3. Technician, Instrument Maintenance
Job Responsibility:
