Training Center Supervisor
Job Description:
- Conduct training sessions according to the schedule in the ATMP (Annual Training Master Plan)
- Evaluate EPP and provide Refresh Training every 6 months
- Give feedback to Group Leaders, Operators/Drivers, or related parties about any issues or mistakes
- Create PTO (Program Training Operation) for operators/drivers
- Conduct tests on Simper, Authority, and Unit Feasibility
- Oversee and control the training process (both in class and on-site)
- Record the effectiveness of the Foreman Trainer’s work
- Assign tasks to Instructors/Foremen to carry out scheduled Refresh Training (EPP)
- Observe the Foreman Trainer’s tasks
- Coordinate to meet production target goals
- Evaluate the Foreman Trainer’s competency
- Inspect all areas, TTA, KTA
- Create a Training Matrix
- Develop TNA
- Provide training with a focus on OHS (Occupational Health and Safety):
- Hazard Identification
- Risk Control
- Health and Safety Policies

Requirement:
- Minimum education of high school (SMA/SMU/SMK) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of work experience as a heavy equipment trainer in the mining industry
- Possess a TOT (Training of Trainer) and POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification
- Able to operate A2B units (minimum of 3 units)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Possess good communication skills

Finance Foreman
Job Description:
- Prepare payment (invoice with all supporting document).
- Follow up and report AP Outstanding.
- List payment and update bank balance.
- Coordinate, plan and control cash flow from bills.
- Manage collection activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts.
- Prepared daily cash flow.
- Prepare monthly budgeting from all division.
- Manage budgeting and actual.
- Daily cash expenditures.
- Prepare Voucher
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from credible universities.
- Have a good understanding of Finance Management (Account Payable, treasury, banking knowledge).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field in high volume as Finance Account Payable & Treasury Officer.
- Having strong analytical power and high dedication, attention to details and able to solve any related problems/strong decision making.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong personality with superior time management and organization skill.
- Willing to work at Site.

Warehouse Foreman
Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall warehouse operations
- Monitoring activities in the field
- Monitoring and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly data reports
- Back-to-back material handling inventory team
Requirement:
- Minimum education of D3/S1 in any field
- Experience as a Warehouse Foreman in the Mining industry
- At least 2 years of experience, with knowledge of Inventory Control systems
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to quickly and accurately resolve warehouse issues, including item layout arrangement and discrepancy management
- Strong leadership qualities, loyalty, honesty, high discipline, energetic, critical thinking, quick adaptability, innovation, decisiveness, and responsibility

Tax Officer
Job Description:
- Responsible for calculating and reporting the companys monthly and annual tax returns.
- Ensure that the company has withheld accurate tax amounts on every invoice.
- Accuarately reconcile input VAT, ouput VAT.
- Reconcile PPh 4(2), PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, and PPh 26 accurately.
- Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that are related.
- Prepare data for Tax Audit 7 any other litigations.
- Maintan a good reltionship with external parties to get the tax documents needed by the company.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Fiscal Administration from reputable university.
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience. Experienced in Tax Consulting Firm would be an advantage.
- Excellent knowladge of local tax regulation.
- Fully understand the concept of taxation (Corporate income tax, VAT, VAT Self Assessed & KUP).
- Having a basic understanding of Accounting would be an advantage.
- Expert in operating tax applications (e-invoicing, eButPot, unification SPT, etc).
- Familiar with calculating corporate income tax and filling out a corporate annual tax return and its attachments.
- Having a good work ethic, good analytical skills & proactive in a demanding situation.
