PRODUCTION COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Lead and/or assist with process, equipment, and facility deviations and investigations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate documentation and tasks associated with equipment and facilities: Change Management, Addition of new equipment, Calibration, and Non-Conformances and CAPAs
- Work with Production Team, Technical Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Validation, Warehouse/Packaging, and Quality Assurance to ensure that change controls, deviations, & CAPAs are reviewed, approved, and implemented.
- To establish and maintain implementation of quality management system in the Production Department.
- Ensuring that products meet all necessary standards and regulations, includes overseeing the development and implementation of quality management systems, as well as monitoring their effectiveness
Qualifications
- Apothecary with minimum 3 years experience in
- Strong experience in Compliance or Production
- Responsible, hard worker, fast learner, and strong leadership

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Create a weekly schedule based on requests from PPIC/ Marketing approved by the Production Manager
- To control/supervise the implementation of GMP, SOP, and Halal guarantee system
- To organize and supervise the work of subordinates and additional job in a particular time
- Responsible for monitoring the processing and packaging process
- Overcoming problems that arise during the all process (troubleshooting)
Qualifications
- Apothecary with minimum 3 years experience

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the task of Maintenance team every day so that the maintenance and repair work of production machines can run effectively and efficiently
- Coordinating the Head Utility Unit, Utility Technicians and Utility Operators so that utility support to the production room and others can run properly
- Evaluating the implementation of maintenance programs and trying to make improvements with the approval of the Engineering Manager
- Evaluate its implementation and make changes if necessary, with the Engineering Manager’s approval
- Arrange a work shift schedule for all technicians
- Provide support for company programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical/Electrical
- Preferably with 2-3 years experience

PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents on artwork for both local and export registration purposes
- Make a packaging trial report, packaging specification, packaging standard and ensure its correctness
- Prepare a packaging design for export (if the country concerned asks for the same packaging design as the existing product)
- Collaborating with purchasing, sourcing and suppliers to accelerate the development process of packaging material
- Cooperate with production for the trial process of new packaging materials and alternate suppliers of packaging material
- Looking for and requesting packaging material from suppliers for new products
Qualifications
- Apothecary with minimum 1-2 years working experiences
- Have received training and understand the Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB)
- Have graphic design application / software skills
- Responsible, hard worker and fast learner
- Proficiency with English both passive and active

QA FG RELEASED STAFF
Responsibilities
- Review Processing and Packaging Batch Record and Report QC for release through SAP system
- Monitoring for disposal batch record
- Create or Revise SOP
- Create Annual Product Review
- Other task related to QA Release
Qualifications
- Apothecary with minimum 1-2 years working experiences
- Have experience in Quality Assurance or Production
- High motivated, detail oriented, and fast learner
- Able to work individually and with team as well
- Willing to work in shifting and overtime (if needed)
- Have a good command in English
QC ANALYST FG
Responsibilities
- Melakukan pengujian fisika-kimia terhadap sample bahan baku serta produk jadi dan pembuatan laporan produk
- Melakukan pengembangan metode analisa baru, validasi metode analisa dan pembuatan laporan
- Melakukan pencatatan pada logbook/ logsheet terhadap semua aktivitas
- Melakukan verifikasi terhadap alat ukur (neraca analistis, ph meter, konduktiviti meter, dll)
- Melakukan pembuatan pereaksi sekunder termasuk indikator kimia dalam pengujian
Qualifications
- Minimal Sekolah Menengah Atas dan yang sederajat atau Sekolah Menengah Analis Kimia atau Sekolah Menengah Analis Kesehatan
- Mempunya pengalaman sebelumnya lebih disukai
- Terbiasa menggunakan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS)
- Dapat bekerja secara tim ataupun individu
- Telah mendapatkan pelatihan dan memahami Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik
LINE LEADER
Responsibilities
- Memeriksa kebersihan area kerja dan mesin sebelum proses pengemasan dimulai
- Memeriksa kesesuian produk, Lot No dan packaging material yang akan diproses
- Menyiapkan mesin dan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk proses yang akan dijalankan
- Memeriksa hasil kemasan secara berkala
- Memelihara, mengoperasikan mesin/line dan mengawasinya selama proses pengemasan berjalan dan melakukan pemeliharan/perbaikan
- Menyiapkan CPP, dokumen yang diperlukan dan membuat laporan hasil akhir pengemasan
Qualifications
- Berpendidikan minimal sekolah Menengah Umum/ Sekolah Menengah Teknik/ Sekolah Menengah Farmasi dan atau yang telah memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai minimal 2-3 tahun
- Kuat dan teliti dalam hitung menghitung
- Dapat bekerja secara tim ataupun individu
