After Sales Division Head
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced After Sales Division Head to lead and manage our after-sales division. This role will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective after-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the achievement of after-sales division targets, including repair services, spare parts provision, and customer support.
- Supervising and managing the after-sales team to achieve optimal performance.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners to ensure service continuity.
- Analyzing data and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of after-sales services.
- Coordinating with other divisions to ensure smooth overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Division Head in the industrial Material Handling Equipment and Services in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Having the ability to achieve divisional targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
