AREA SALES SUPERVISOR
(MEDAN, PALEMBANG, BANDUNG, SOLO)
Responsibilities
- Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum / quarterly / monthly / weekly.
- Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
- Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership.
- Have good command in English and Microsoft Office (Excel).

- Collaborate with manager in the process of developing product development plan, budget, and schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Having minimal 3 years experiences in business development, product development, or FMCG.
- Having knowledge about skincare product is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

CONTENTDEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Develop content plans and scripts for Livestreaming & Short Video in Social Media & E-Commerce.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on consumer sentiments and emerging social media trends.
- Strategize content pillars and sub-pillars to align with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with brands, agencies, affiliate, & creator to ensure excellence implementation of communication and control the adherence to content guidelines and achieve high-quality output.
- Strategize and enhance content delivery and promotional efforts.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the content marketing strategy to assess its impact.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in content planning, social media specialist roles, content strategy, Affiliate relations, or other related positions.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in written communication.
- Preferred background or exposure to the beauty industry.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, social media trends, and e-commerce trends, algorithms to craft compelling ad content.
- Proven experience in creating ad content scripts.
LIVE STREAM AND VIDEO EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Conduct video shooting and editing mainly for Livestreaming & video content.
- Manage studio property & setting to reach the expected quality for engaging communication purposes.
- Taking a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
- Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a Video Editor or conduct video livestream.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Understand TikTok and other e-commerce, including its algorithm.
- Having experience in editing footage with beauty products for TikTok.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing on TikTok.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Perform preliminary checking before fieldwork.
- Perform fieldwork Audit.
- Report audit result and propose recommendation the weakness of company operation.
- Learning and dig the information of the current, updated, and new policies, procedure and process, rules.
- Improve the internal working paper used.
- Propose improvement procedures.
- Monitor the remediation for the audit result.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- At least having 1-2 years of working experience in Audit/Accounting.
- Fast learning, work in detail, have scepticism spirit, multi-tasking, teamwork, logic & analytics, like to dig and explore.
- Have knowledges & experiences using SAP and experience audit for manufacture & distribution company are advantage.
- Fluent in English.
PAYROLL EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- To control, check, process of payroll, make payroll report and fringe benefit ( BPJS, Medical, etc. )
- Responsible for processing the monthly payroll and overtime.
- To control and check manufacturing cost related HCD budget.
- Maintain payroll administration and payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with company policy, labor law, taxes.
- Involve with HCD activity related General Affair.
- Able to maintain the confidentially of all employee information and payroll records.
Job requirements
- Candidate are required from Bachelor Degree ( S1 ) graduate in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of payroll experience (Payroll processing, Tax calculation – PpH 21), but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Have a strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
- Have a good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and with many parts or section.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and payroll software.
