Area Sales Supervisor
(Palembang, Surabaya, Makassar)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, monitor sales activity and plan.
- Lead, coach, and direct salesman to achieve sales target.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Placement : Palembang, Surabaya, Makassar.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
Learning and Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end learning program such as module development, delivery, evaluation, and report.
- Design and expand learning & development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from any major.
- Priority had experience to handle corporate training, minimum 4 years as a trainer.
- Effective in both spoken and written English.
Internal Audit Executive
Responsibilities:.
- Perform fieldwork audit and preliminary checking before foeldwork.
- Report audit result and propose recommendation the weakness of company oepration.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Accounting.
- Min. 1-2 years experiences in the related field.
- Experiences using SAP and experince audit for manufacture & distribution company are advantage.
Product Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Running PD project such as conduct consumer survey, create product concept, register the product, evaluate prototype, evaluate product design, printing, launching, and coordinator the project.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Engineering Management, Industrial/Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy.
- Having 3-4 experiences in papers (sanitary napkin, baby diapers, adult diapers, make up remover sheet, blotting paper, etc) is a plus.
Business Analyst – Channel Marketing Development
Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop channel strategy align with brand strategy & collaboration with cross-function to get insight and generate ideas.
- Create channel and category activities, also handle the evaluation & control channel spending and ensure effective investment.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
- Having at least 1 year experience in related field.
- Has ability turning data into insight.
Payroll Executive
Responsibilities:
- To control, check, process of payroll, make payroll report and fringe benefit (BPJS, Medical, etc.), overtime, manufacturing cost related HCD budget
- Ensure compliance with company policy, labor law, taxes.
- Involve with HCD activity related General Affair.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent.
- Having at least 2 years of payroll experience.
- Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.
Packaging Executive
Responsibilities:
- Development of new or improve packaging material
- Able to build a strong collaboration with concerned parties.
- Evaluate, analyze, make a recommendation and conclusion of all matters related to Packaging development or issues.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
- Having 1-2 years of working experience in Packaging or Quality Assurance.
- Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.
Logistic Staff
Responsibilities:
- Perform monitoring & control for Finish Goods.
- Optimize inventory & service level
- Handling in & out Finish Goods based on FIFO.
- Manage cycle count.
- Manage transportation for delivery.
Requirements:
- Min. D3 from Logistic Management, Transport Management, Business Administration. or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Cikarang Logistic Center.
