Project Strategy Control Officer
Job Description:
Responsible for supporting daily production activities across all site, ensuring the smooth production process, keep tracking of all the production records and ensuring achieving the production targets that have been set.
Responsibility:
- Monitor and control the daily production process to achieve set production targets across all site
- Create comprehensive production various report according to the respective section
- Assist detailed actual unit reports on an daily basis.
- Assist Process Improvement and Corrective Action (PICA) on the generated reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with all departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor degree, Mining Engineering, Geophysics Engineering, Insutrial Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

Job Description:

Responsibility:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure operational.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance on daily basis
- Review and evaluate onsite maintenance jobs to maintain standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and backlog services for timely repairs.
- Develop and control maintenance budgets, optimizing cost efficiency.
- Ensure the availability of resources for effective maintenance scheduling.

Job Description:
Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks on various vehicles and heavy machinery and units to ensure their optimal functioning and safety

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, AC, lamps, and components.

- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on medium trucks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, spare parts, and maintenance equipment.
- Document all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and services performed.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team and operators to ensure proper handling and reporting of truck issues.
Qualification:
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment or related major with at least 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair is much preferred.

Job Description:
Melakukan pengoperasian unit yang dilamar dengan baik dan benar, memastikan P2H unit dilakukan, memastikan area kerja aman, dan memastikan target produksi yang diberikan tercapai.
Responsibility:
- Mengoperasikan Dump Truck merk Hino 500/700 untuk mengangkut material tambang seperti batu bara, tanah, atau mineral.
- Memastikan Dump Truck berfungsi dengan baik sebelum dan sesudah operasional (Daily Inspection).
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan untuk efisiensi kerja.
- Melaporkan kerusakan atau kebutuhan perawatan kendaraan kepada tim mekanik
Qualification:
- Minimal Lulusan SMA sederajat, diutamakan berdomisili Kalimantan Timur
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama.
- Berpengalaman mengoperasikan dump truck, terutama DT Hino 500/700
- Memiliki SIM B2/B2 Umum aktif
